We had a great stay in Birmingham near the center, the Arena Birmingham, and restaurants. The apartment was in a great location not far from a historical canal basin. It was based in the middle of the city. We spent 2 nights there and would stay here again.

The host Lola was helpful and attentive. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and there were thoughtful touches like chilled orange juice and water upon arrival. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Secure complimentary parking was available.

Chilled orange juice and water on arrival. 100% coming back! Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Lola, our amazing host, went above and beyond.

For the price, the room was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with great bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Lola, were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with nice toiletries provided. the location was great and convenient for exploring the area.
The check-in process was a bit inconvenient, as we had to arrive at a specific time and provide photo ID and proof of address for all members of our party. It would have been easier if we could have checked in at our own convenience.

The apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped. The fridge was stocked with refreshments including juice, bottled water, and fresh milk. there were ample tea and coffee facilities available. The location of the apartment was also very convenient, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and attractions in the city center.
The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as we had to arrive at a specific time to provide photo ID and proof of address for each member of our party. This seemed unnecessary and time-consuming, especially considering that not all party members were responsible for payment.
